I downloaded your free audio/video, but the link won’t open. What program should I use?

I recommend VLC player for both video and audio. I like it because you can increase or slow down the playback speed, so you can take notes or speed-learn. You can easily download the latest version of VCL at:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

You can also use iTunes or Windows Media Player if those are your preferred media applications.

I downloaded your free PDF report, but it won’t open. How do I fix this?

If the free report doesn’t open properly, chances are, you don’t have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to read the PDF file. You can download the latest version for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat

I haven’t received the location details for one of the coaching programs (Boot Camp, A La Carte, CCAP) I’m signed up for. Whom should I contact?

Please contact my assistant, Phillip to request the information email if you didn’t receive it in a timely manner. Also, check you spam folder before contacting him, since the email might have ended up there. Please note that you won’t receive the information email until AFTER you have paid for the training deposit.

Whom should I contact regarding paying my coaching (Boot Camp, A La Carte, CCAP) balance?

The best way to pay for your training balance is via telephone. All live coaching balances are due the Tuesday before the event. You can call my assistant at 888-853-5842 to pay the rest of the balance.

What do I need to wear to an in-field coaching event?

For the seminar portion, you can wear whatever. For the in-field  portion, you should wear an outfit that will guarantee your entry into the venue (black socks, a nice pair of jeans, a button-down collared shirt, and dress shoes). Avoid ripped jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.

Am I allowed to tape or make audio recordings of any coaching session (including 1-on-1 Skype calls)?

Taping and recording of coaching sessions are strictly prohibited. However, you’re encouraged to take as many written or typed notes as possible. Also, monthly teleconferences are all recorded and made available to my long-term students.

Are there any intern opportunities at Tao of DJ Fuji?

If there are open intern positions (in sales, marketing or instructor assisting), I will post an update through my blog, Facebook and Twitter.
